You step down in to a sunken living room, and cozy up to the gas fireplace. The other side of the 1st floor features a half bath, a laundry / mud room with a shower and a washer / dryer.
The 1st floor features a kitchen and dining area with a full size refrigerator / freezer, a glass top range / oven, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar. Also includes: ; cooking utensils, silverware, pots/pans and dishes/glassware; coffee pot, microwave oven, toaster. Mt. Baker Lodging will provide 2 rolls of paper towels and dish soap. Guests need to supply their own spices, coffee/tea and food.
The second floor features one bedroom with 1-king size bed, a second bedroom with 1-king size bed, a third bedroom with 1-queen size bed, and one full bath. Guests should bring their own toiletries. Mt. Baker Lodging will provide 3 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink and shower and 1 set of towels per guest. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside.
An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guests credit card on the scheduled due-date.
Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in.
All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information.
